The Adopt-a-Street Program is a partnership between the City of Tahlequah and residents to create a cleaner, more pleasant environment for everyone that lives, works or visits Tahlequah. Through the Adopt-a-Street Program, citizens, businesses, nonprofits and civic organizations can help maintain the beauty of our streets keeping them free of litter by volunteering to clean up at least one-mile stretch of a city street.
After completion of the first clean-up event, the City of Tahlequah will install signs on each end of the adopted street to display the name of your group and to honor your community service.
There are streets still available to be adopted.
