2. Garage Sale/Residential Sale Permit Application

   A Garage Sale Permit is required for residential sales. These permits allow a sale for three consecutive days and are restricted to one sale every 90 days per address. 

   There is no fee when the permit is issued from the cashier’s office at City Hall. According to city code, a failure to obtain a garage sale permit may result in a fine of not more than $200.

   Once you have submitted your application, you will get an email response in 1-2 business days from the cashier's office.
