The City of Tahlequah has put together a comprehensive list of food pantries and organizations in Tahlequah, OK, that provide free or discounted meal services.

CARE Food Pantry - CARE provides food for emergency needs, guidance and support for those dealing with hunger issues, and a clearing house for info on hunger concerns in the Tahlequah Area. Clients of Care Food Pantry may also now visit EVERY 30 DAYS.

Hands of Grace Warehouse - Zoë Institute operates the “Hands of Grace” warehouse. Families can access the warehouse four times within a four-month period. Items available vary but typically include food, paper products, clothing, hygiene items, diapers, and household items.  Voucher from Zoe Institute is required.

Feed My Sheep - Tahlequah Feed My Sheep is an all-volunteer organization, which provides nutritious meals for the hungry every Thursday from 5-6 p.m. All meals are served at the Tahlequah United Methodist Church Activities Building.

Senior Citizen Center -  Citizens can enjoy a home cooked meal.  Call to reserve space the day prior to eating.  If this is your first time, paperwork needs to be completed.  Over age 60, cost is $1.75 for a meal, under age 60, cost is $6.00 per meal.

Bread of Life - The mission of Bread of Life is to serve Cherokee County as an emergency food resource for low-income, chronic need and also for crisis care clients.

Tahlequah Day Center - Their purpose is to equip people for the next step in their lives. They serve lunch every day of the week. Along with providing clothes, toiletries, and showers.

Farmer's Market - Their mission is to provide local access to Northeast Oklahoma grown and made Northeast Oklahoma products. Sat. April-Sep. Accepts SNAP benefits and program for seniors to match purchase up to $20.
